I Love couping. And Jeff is now starting to like it too. Every Sunday we go Dumpster driving to get coupon ads. My parents laugh at me, but it really pays off in the end. This month we are trying to save up some extra cash so we can put hard wood flooring in our house. And couping really helps us keep that extra money in our account and not spending it on things that are either not on sale or on things that we don't need. I have had ton's of friend's ask me how I do it. I spend about 10-15 hours a week looking at ads planning what to buy, cutting out coupon's from Red Plum, Smart Source and PG. Cutting is more time consuming.
I have found it a lot easy with a website that my friend Cassie induced to me call " A Thrifty Mom" this site is amazing. She breaks things down and lists store. She is based out of Idaho. Her prices are mostly the same here in St.George. except for clearance items. I have notice that they are way off or not on clearance here.
I mostly shop at Albertson's, Wal-green's and Target. I heard that Rid-Aid is good. I just haven't gotten there yet. I always print off a list from there but I always run out of time.
Here are the site that I use.

The first one is good to check everyday or to print off a list of the store deals
The Krazy Coupon lady helped me get organized. And to start out. http://thekrazycouponlady.com/beginners/ is the tutorial for beginners.
